New company name

What appeared at the creation of our company as its disadvantage, with the progress of time it became the core attribute and competitive advantage of our company. Today it markedly differentiates our winery from its competitors. Quite logically and naturally our customers started to connect our products and services with the surroundings which we are situated at. This was the reason why we decided to change the name of out winery from “Ján Paták – Wines of Harmónia” into “Ján Paták – Mountain Winery” on August 6th, 2008. We also transformed this significant change into our logo, remaining the label unchanged for its pertinent character greatly reflecting the atmosphere in our winery as well as for its positive evaluation from the side of our customers.

After several years of hosting in stylish wine cellar in Modra, at the occasion of the Day of open wine-cellars in November 2007 we opened our historical wine cellar in Harmónia for the first time. This step was very appreciated by our existing as well as by the newly gained customers. In summer 2008 we opened our place for the second time with even better success.
